Terms & conditions


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. All users of www.jarlie.in are bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. We reserve the right to terminate or halt our services without notice on this website. 
  2. Your order is valuable for us and once placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a message to your registered email address and mobile device. 
  3. Any discrepancies in the order, when noticed, or cancellations must be brought to our attention immediately, ahead of dispatch.
  4. Your purchase order will be considered complete ONLY after full payment has been made towards the bill. 
  5. GST and delivery costs will be added accordingly before completion of the order. 
  6. Methods of payment are restricted to online netbanking/UPI transfer/credit card/debit card. No COD is entertained.
  7. Our deliveries within Hyderabad are handled 7 days a week.
  8. If upon delivery the item is damaged or not what you ordered, or incomplete, please notify us immediately and we will offer you exchange as a gesture of good will or credit the respective account back ONLY with the purchase amount accordingly. 
  9. We will not be liable for any complaint raised by you after 12 hours of your acceptance of the delivery.
  10. In case of damaged goods, all packaging material must be retained for our inspection.
  11. All addresses and delivery times or instructions must be conveyed clearly to us to avoid delays.
  12. We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for customer’s taste concerns as taste is subjective and personal.
  13. Colors of items displayed in our website are as close to the original and may be subjected to changes based on technicalities of devices used to visualize our website.
  14. We will not accept returns or exchanges of items that are not purchased via our website. 
  15. Customer handling the purchase must be 18 years of age or older.
  16. Delivery within Hyderabad will be done in 2 days. 
  17. Our website will run timely offers for festivities and other dates which will change from time to time, maybe withdrawn anytime without prior notice. We also reserve the right to offer different customers (based on loyalty points) different offers or promotions.
  18. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of Jarlie India Pvt Ltd shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors.
  19. These terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law and Telangana state laws.
